Flynn Auto Group is looking for a qualified automotive deal booker/processor to bring the team to new levels of success and proficiency for the Flynn Auto Group dealerships in the area.
Primary
Responsibilities:
- The Deal Booker is expected to:
Protect the legal, financial and moral well-being of the Flynn Auto Group dealerships Provide prompt, quality processing of new and used car deals through CDK DMS system Seek ways to improve business operations and efficiencies Finalize deal processing for new and used car deals, dealer trades, and wholesale units and ensure all required documents are met.
Operate computer programmed with CDK accounting software to record, store, and analyze information.
Create CDK deal posting, check figures and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper codes.
Comply with federal, state, and company policies, and procedures, and regulations.
Set an example of positive attitude and professionalism, including a neat, orderly and safe work environment.
Practice methods of time management to provide a consistent and efficient work flow.
Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and monitors own work to ensure quality.
Consistently be at work and on time, follows instructions, responds to management direction and solicits feedback to improve performance.
Communicate well with staff outside of the Central Business Office that are located at the dealership.
Perform all other job duties as requested by management.
Job
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of Dealership experience CDK experience Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel applications.
Professional communication skills.
Proficiency in basic math.
Detail oriented.
