Our hours are 8:
30am - 3:
00pm, Tuesday through Thursday, 8:
30am - 4:
00pm Friday and Saturday, and 10:
00am - 3:
00pm every first Sunday of the month.
As of now we need help on the weekends only (Friday/Saturday and potentially Sunday).
We would be looking to have you start towards the middle/end of day to help cleanup and close.
We have a three compartment sink.
All dishes are hand washed, however our waitstaff in the FOH is responsible for scraping and rinsing all dishes before they come back to the kitchen.
Dishwasher Job
Responsibilities:
Maintains a clean kitchen, properly washes and sorts soiled dishes, and preps foods as needed.
Keeps dish area free of clutter and organized.
Waitstaff also assists in putting dishes away when they have availability.
Sets up dish stations/sinks.
Maintains clean / dry floors throughout the shift.
Properly washes, stacks, and stores china, glassware, silverware, cookware, and storage containers.
Changes water in sinks every two hours, or more often as required by business levels, and properly uses sanitizer solution.
Assists in the timely storing of food deliveries.
Maintains trash cans throughout shift and removes full trashcans and boxes at the end of each shift.
Follows the posted daily dish cleaning duties.
Assists in any other duties set forth or requested by the chef/management as needed.
