Responsible for the supervision of the dietary staff to ensure the highest quality of nutritional meals and food service to the residents Dietary Supervisor (DTR) Requirements:
Qualified applicants should have experience in food service, cooking and purchasing.
Familiar with institutional equipment.
Supervisor experience preferred.
