The Administrative Assistant provides support to our warehouse operations, office staff, Sales team, and management as needed to ensure efficient operation of the office business through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
Primary responsibilities include answering phones and responding to requests for assistance in a timely manner.
This position will also provide support to the Sales team by performing tasks such as managing the flow of email communications for product inquiries, quotes, and sales.
Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to data entry, filing digital and printed documents, performing order entry, and creating account-level documentation.
Required Education and
Experience:
High school diploma/GED required 2 years Administrative Assistant experience 2 years multi-line phone experience Excellent verbal and written communications skills Excellent data entry and account documentation skills Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships based on integrity and service Organized with attention to details Strong analytical skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Works well with others Ability to work on your own Flexible and open to change Preferred Skills/Abilities:
Proficient with Syteline Planning software Recommended Skills Administration Analytical Attention To Detail Data Entry Filing Leadership Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
